Portal Lounge, a next-generation airport lounge by Gameway, is hiring part-time and full-time Concierges, Hostess, Front Desk Associates at its new MSP location to serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-in, reservations, and payments while delivering a positive and professional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient check-in experience
• Accurately manage reservations, guest access, and point-of-sale transactions
• Answer guest questions and provide clear information about lounge services, amenities, and policies
• Coordinate with lounge, bar, and supervisor teams to manage guest flow and seating
• Maintain a polished front-of-house presence, including desk organization and professional appearance
• Follow established procedures for cash handling, payments, and guest verification

Minimum Qualifications:

• Entry-level role; prior experience not required
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to handle transactions and guest information accurately and responsibly
• Comfortable interacting with guests throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain organized, focused, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work both in seated and standing positions for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or cash-handling experience
• Experience as a host, cashier, receptionist, or front-desk associate

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays, due to airport operations
