Concierge Manager

Gares Senior Concierge (GSC) is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead and operate our Community Concierge Program in Cherry Hill, NJ.


This role serves as the onsite operational lead and primary point of coordination for residents and families seeking non-medical concierge services that support independent living and peace of mind.


The Concierge Manager will be responsible for:


  • Resident intake and service coordination
  • Scheduling service delivery personnel
  • Managing daily service requests
  • Coordinating transportation and companion care engagements
  • Maintaining communication with residents, families, and partner providers
  • Representing Gares Senior Concierge within the community


This role is customer-facing and operational, requiring strong interpersonal skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering a high-touch concierge experience.


Core Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for residents seeking concierge services.
  • Conduct resident intake consultations to understand needs and service requests.
  • Educate residents about GSC services including:
  • Maintain a welcoming concierge desk presence within the community.

Care Coordination & Scheduling


  • Coordinate and schedule services for residents.
  • Assign service engagements to Concierge Care Associates (CCAs) and drivers.
  • Monitor daily service schedules and ensure engagements are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for medical appointments, errands, and activities.
  • Communicate service updates to residents and families.


Operational Management


  • Manage day-to-day service delivery operations for the community.
  • Track service activity in CRM and scheduling systems.
  • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Escalate service issues or operational concerns to leadership.

Community Engagement


  • Build relationships with residents to encourage adoption of concierge services.
  • Participate in resident events and informational sessions.
  • Collaborate with community management and staff.
  • Support marketing initiatives within the community.

Required Qualifications


  • 3+ years experience in care coordination, concierge services, hospitality, or senior services
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with seniors and families
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic proficiency with CRM and scheduling systems

Preferred Experience


  • Experience working in:
    • Senior living communities
    • Healthcare coordination
    • Concierge services
    • Hospitality management
  • Familiarity with transportation coordination
  • Experience working with seniors and caregivers

Work Environment


  • Onsite position located at Client Location in Cherry Hill, NJ
  • Standard weekday schedule with occasional evening or weekend resident events
  • Primarily office/concierge desk environment with interaction throughout the community
