Now Hiring Experienced Concrete Finishers
Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to support active commercial construction projects in Nashville and surrounding areas. If you have experience preparing forms, placing concrete, and finishing surfaces—we’re looking for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Set and align concrete forms for walls, beams, floors, and foundations
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various hand and power tools
- Finish concrete surfaces (columns, walls, floors, sidewalks, curbs)
- Cut expansion joints and patch concrete as needed
- Follow strict safety protocols in a drug-free environment
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including extended periods of standing, bending, and stooping
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial or commercial concrete finishing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Experience with setting forms and finishing concrete surfaces
- Safety-minded with a strong attention to detail and quality
