Civil Supervisor for Finishing Work

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor finishing works on site including plaster, paint, tiles, marble, false ceiling, doors, windows, and interior works.
• Ensure all finishing activities are executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and site engineers to achieve timely project completion.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare work reports.
• Check material quality, quantity, and ensure proper usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental rules are followed at site.
• Report any technical issues, delays, or manpower shortages to Project Manager/Engineer.
• Assist in resolving site-level problems related to finishing activities.
• Ensure proper handover of completed finishing works.

Requirements:

• Diploma/DAE or BE in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant experience in finishing works for high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, labor rates, and work procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage labor teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
