Concrete Finisher

We are looking for Concrete Finishers/Form Setters to join our growing and award winning team in Southern California. The position is full-time with benefits, holiday pay, and vacation pay.

Classification Non-Exempt (hourly)

The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities assigned to a concrete form carpenter are listed in the job description below:

• Correctly interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to meet clients’ needs
• Provide support to the concrete foreman with project layout and elevation shooting
• Take the measurement and cut materials to build forms for pouring concrete
• Responsible for operating electrical, air-powered, and regular hand tools during projects
• Spread, rake, and finish concrete
• Responsible for carrying out general construction labor tasks
• Provide support with fabrication during projects
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years experience on construction concrete crew.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Walk/Stand for long periods of time.
• Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor elements.
• Open to travel to jobsites in Southern CA
• Must have valid DL.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check.
