Concrete Finisher

KW Concrete is growing, and we’re looking for a Concrete Finisher to join our residential concrete team. This role is hands-on from start to finish. Prep, pour, and detail with opportunities to grow your finishing and stamping skills.

We specialize in residential concrete projects, including patios, driveways, walkways, and decorative stamped concrete. If you’re reliable, willing to work hard, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with residential concrete prep, forms, and site setup
• Pouring, spreading, and placing concrete
• Finishing concrete surfaces: edging, brooming, floating, and troweling
• Assisting with and learning stamped concrete patterns and releases
• Jobsite cleanup and material handling
• Working as part of a team focused on quality and safety

What We’re Looking For

• Construction or concrete experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Concrete finishing and/or stamped concrete experience a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $25- $35 an hour, based on experience and skill level
• Schedule: Full-time
• Location: Dayton, OH and surrounding areas
