Concrete Foreman

Commercial Restoration Services (CRS) is hiring a Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial repair and restoration projects throughout the Salt Lake Valley and Park City areas.

CRS has specialized in the repair and maintenance of commercial parking structures and building facades since 2004. We serve some of the largest property management companies in Utah and take pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a foreman who has real field experience, can lead by example, keep projects moving, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage field crews on commercial concrete repair and restoration projects
• Oversee daily jobsite production, quality, and safety
• Coordinate work in the field and keep projects on schedule
• Train and direct crew members as needed
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients on site
• Perform hands-on work alongside the crew
• Ensure projects are completed to CRS standards

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Must have foreman experience
• Must have concrete experience
• Must have experience with expansion joints and waterproof traffic coatings
• Experience with caulking and masonry is preferred
• Spanish is helpful
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
