Job Summary
CST Utilities is seeking hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborers to support our growing underground utility and construction operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and contributing to building critical infrastructure in our communities.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Preparing job sites, including grading and material staging
- Supporting crews with concrete placement and cleanup
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all safety procedures and job site protocols
Qualifications
- Construction or concrete experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50–90 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication
Work Environment
- Must perform strenuous and physically demanding tasks for long hours, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.
- Must maintain visual and audible contact with crew members and equipment for safe coordination.
- Must operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
- Must stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl during work tasks.
- Must wear safety boots, safety glasses, hard hats, and applicable safety gear.
