Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Worker & Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites by setting up formwork, framing, and scaffolding according to blueprints and schematics
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete using mixers, pumps, and hand tools to achieve smooth, level surfaces
• Install rebar reinforcement for structural integrity in foundations, walls, and slabs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during concrete placement and carpentry tasks
• Execute framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and stucco applications with precision
• Perform masonry work including tile laying, plastering, and restoration projects as needed
• Conduct demolition or renovation work by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards through regular inspections
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining a safe working environment

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation
• Proficiency in construction estimating to assist in project planning and material procurement
• Expertise in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and concrete pumping systems
• Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, trowels, caulking guns, and measuring devices
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures and safe operation of heavy machinery including cranes or forklifts
• Ability to perform roofing tasks or flooring installation when required
• Familiarity with masonry techniques including brickwork or stonework restoration
• Capable of heavy equipment operation for site preparation or material transportation
• Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites
