Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within target industries.
  • Develop conference topics, themes, and formats based on research and market demand.
  • Identify, invite, and secure high-profile speakers, panelists, and moderators.
  • Write engaging and commercially viable conference agendas and content briefs.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Liaise with speakers to prepare and coordinate session materials, bios, and logistics.
  • Maintain strong industry relationships and stay current with market developments.
  • Attend industry events and competitor conferences for research and networking.

Reporting and administration:

  • Report on event progress, speaker acquisition, and production milestones to senior management.
  • Maintain updated records of speaker communications, research notes, and session outlines.
  • Provide regular updates to the marketing and sales teams to support delegate and sponsorship campaigns.
  • Prepare post-event reports including content performance, delegate feedback, and recommendations.
  • Track production timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
