Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within target industries.
- Develop conference topics, themes, and formats based on research and market demand.
- Identify, invite, and secure high-profile speakers, panelists, and moderators.
- Write engaging and commercially viable conference agendas and content briefs.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Liaise with speakers to prepare and coordinate session materials, bios, and logistics.
- Maintain strong industry relationships and stay current with market developments.
- Attend industry events and competitor conferences for research and networking.
Reporting and administration:
- Report on event progress, speaker acquisition, and production milestones to senior management.
- Maintain updated records of speaker communications, research notes, and session outlines.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing and sales teams to support delegate and sponsorship campaigns.
- Prepare post-event reports including content performance, delegate feedback, and recommendations.
- Track production timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
