Job Description


The team is looking for a Conference Producer to join the team who can demonstrate they have their finger on the pulse of our fast-paced and ever-changing industry. The successful candidate will be confident in speaking to expert speakers from all over the world and selling the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise at our event. With meticulous organisational skills, you will be responsible for managing the speakers and order of show on-site at the event.

Key Responsibilities

Conference Production

  • Develop and curate the conference agenda aligned with event objectives
  • Research topics and source relevant, high-quality speakers
  • Manage speaker outreach, communication, and coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders on programme delivery
  • Shape session formats, content flow, and overall conference narrative
  • Manage timelines, schedules, and programme updates
  • Coordinate speaker logistics including travel and accommodation
  • Oversee on-site speaker management and ensure smooth session execution
  • Support the overall vision, quality, and success of the conference
  • Programme Development

  • Research, develop, and curate the conference agenda aligned with event objectives and audience needs
  • Identify relevant topics, trends, and themes to ensure content is timely and valuable
  • Source, secure, and manage high-profile speakers, moderators, and panelists
  • Draft session formats including keynotes, panels, fireside chats, workshops and roundtables
  • Speaker Management

  • Lead speaker outreach, invitations, and negotiations
  • Manage speaker communications, briefings, and preparation materials
  • Coordinate speaker logistics including travel, accommodation, and schedules
  • Ensure speakers are aligned with the event narrative and objectives
  • Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, production, sponsorship, and operations
  • Work closely with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to integrate their content where relevant
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on programme timelines and deliverables
  • Content & Creative Direction

  • Shape the overall content narrative and storytelling of the conference
  • Work with creative and production teams on stage design, scripts, and show flow
  • Ensure consistency and quality of content across all sessions
  • Project Management

  • Develop and manage content timelines and production schedules
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate records of speakers, sessions, and programme updates
  • On-Site Delivery

  • Manage speakers and sessions on-site to ensure smooth execution
  • Brief moderators, speakers, and stage teams before sessions
  • Oversee stage flow and resolve any last-minute changes
  • Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to the overall vision and positioning of the event
  • Identify opportunities to enhance audience experience and engagement
  • Support the growth and long-term development of the conference brand

Qualifications


Educated to degree level or equivalent

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years experience in conference production.

  • Someone has experience in the gulf region.

  • Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups.

  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Commercial awareness.

  • Research based role.

  • Copywriting skills.

  • Brand and market awareness.
