Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist

Role Purpose


To lead the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, training-related communication activities, and HR employer branding efforts, ensuring strong employee participation, effective budget utilization, measurable engagement impact, and full alignment with CCBCSA brand and communication standards.


Job Accountabilities


  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of internal events, town halls, workshops, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop structured event communication plans covering pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
  • Manage allocated events and engagement budgets within approved limits.
  • Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor proposals, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Design and deliver internal communication campaigns aligned with HR priorities and company culture.
  • Drive participation in engagement and training initiatives through structured communication planning.
  • Ensure alignment with CCBCSA brand guidelines and corporate messaging.
  • Track digital engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
  • Develop and manage internal communication content (visual, digital, and written) across internal platforms.
  • Maintain organized communication records, engagement databases, and reporting trackers.


Education & Certifications


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.


Required Years of Experience


3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event management, or employer branding.
