With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests. Where you will be responsible for handling all calls, both internal and external in an efficient and courteous manner with high personalized service and attention to detail, as per the standards of One&Only. Project a favorable image of One&Only Royal Mirage to the public via telephonic interactions always. To assist in coordinating all guest requests in a timely manner and ensure proper function of Connectivity Center as the central communication point of the Resort.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all calls (internal and external) in an efficient and courteous manner with high personalized service and attention to detail, as per One&Only standards, projecting a favorable image of One&Only Royal Mirage during telephonic interactions.
  • Assist in coordinating all guest requests in a timely manner and ensure proper function of the Connectivity Centre as the central communication point of the Resort.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
  • Customer service background with strong attention to detail and analytical skills; able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
  • Computer literacy including relevant software and experience using Opera system.
  • Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
