Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Bring in new consignor contracts by identifying and approaching potential clients.
- Negotiate, verify, and finalize sales deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
- Actively work on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Consignor Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consignor vehicles for every auction.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards for all consignor accounts.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the Head of Sales.
- Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities, client interactions, and auction performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing consignors to ensure repeat business.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Field Sales and Client Visits:
- Willingness to go out on sales calls, meet clients in person, and secure consignments.
- Represent Marhaba Auctions professionally during client interactions and meetings.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaboration with cross functional departments to build effective effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless auction processes for consignors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education and Language Proficiency:
- Graduate with proficiency in English and Hindi/Urdu (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of Arabic is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in sales roles.
- Previous experience in the car auction industry is a strong advantage.
Sales and Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and convincing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and reporting.
Work Commitment:
- Willingness to work long hours if required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Ability to work within time-bound deadlines
- Comfortable with achieving and exceeding target sales
Driving License:
- Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
