Construction Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Construction & Real Estate Project Accountant to manage and monitor the financial aspects of construction and real estate development projects. The role focuses on accurate job costing, budget control, and financial reporting across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply job costing and allocate costs per project.

• Monitor project budgets and compare planned vs. actual costs.

• Track construction costs (materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment).

• Review contractor contracts and related financial commitments.

• Prepare accurate financial reports for each project.

• Support project teams with timely financial data.

Requirements :

• Proven 3+ years of experience in construction and real estate project accounting.

• Strong understanding of project phases and cost control.

• Experience in job costing and budget monitoring.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
