Job Purpose:
To support the Finance Department in analyzing financial data, preparing accurate reports, and providing insights that enhance decision-making. The role ensures proper budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance tracking, contributing to the overall financial health and efficiency of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards

Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods

Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, validating inputs, and preparing financial models

Analyze financial trends, KPIs, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities

Prepare profitability analyses for products, services, or business units as required

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect financial and operational data

Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial data on ERP systems (SAP or similar)

Provide support during audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation

Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations to control expenses and improve efficiency

Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations
Experience
:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, controlling, or similar finance roles

Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and basic accounting principles

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, charts, functions)

Experience with financial reporting tools is a plus

Good command of English (written and spoken)
