HR Administrative Assistant – Construction Office Support
Phoenix, AZ | $45,000–$60,000 per year | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

  • Assist with hiring, and employee onboarding
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and HR systems
  • Support payroll preparation and new hire paperwork
  • Manage spreadsheets, office supplies, and front desk coverage
  • Provide general administrative and HR support to staff and managers

Requirements

  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous HR or office administration experience preferred

Pay & Benefits
