Position Overview
We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee and manage daily construction operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between project teams, contractors, and clients. The Construction Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining Triocon Spaceframes LLC’s reputation for excellence in construction services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and site management.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and operational planning initiatives.
• Monitor construction performance and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in organizing site meetings, inspections, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s construction regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
