Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing management of Performance & Goal Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of the PMGM module, along with a solid understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) module
• Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, and rating scales
• Support end-to-end PMGM project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate performance reviews, calibration sessions, and goal alignment processes
• Manage and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and system security
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with performance management cycles
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module
• Proven experience in implementation and support projects
• Hands-on experience in system configuration and business process mapping
• Good understanding of HR processes and performance management frameworks
• SAP PMGM certification preferred/required
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Ability to work on-site

Contract Details

• Duration: 12 months (extendable based on project requirements)
• Start Date: Immediate / As per availability
