Novara Construction LLC is a residential construction and remodeling company serving homeowners throughout South Florida. Our projects include roofing, impact windows, doors, and home improvement services. We are currently hiring an experienced Construction Dispatcher to coordinate appointments, schedule field teams, and support daily operations.

This role is responsible for scheduling homeowners, dispatching sales representatives, and managing daily job appointments. The ideal candidate has experience dispatching for construction, roofing, windows, doors, or home service companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm homeowner appointments for inspections and services
• Dispatch and coordinate schedules for sales representatives and field teams
• Manage daily calendars and optimize appointment scheduling
• Communicate with clients regarding appointment times and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient job scheduling
• Maintain organized records of appointments and service calls
• Support operations with dispatch and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dispatcher experience
• Experience in construction, roofing, windows, doors, or home services preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities
• Professional communication with homeowners and internal teams
• Reliable and able to work in-office Monday through Friday

Compensation

• $1,000 – $1,250 per week
• 1099 contractor position
• Consistent full-time schedule
