  • Develop and maintain comprehensive logs of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence, ensuring easy access and historical tracking.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and project updates to ensure all team members are informed and aligned on project status.
  • Conduct regular audits of project documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations, identifying any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on document management protocols, fostering a culture of adherence to best practices in documentation.
