Construction Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a valid G+4 license from Dubai Municipality to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing site execution, coordinating with authorities, and delivering mid-rise (G+4) projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and structural works on active construction sites
• Ensure work execution is aligned with approved drawings, project specs, and safety regulations
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality, consultants, and subcontractors for approvals and inspections
• Prepare method statements, work programs, and material submittals
• Conduct quality checks, respond to RFIs, and monitor corrective actions
• Submit progress reports, maintain documentation and update logs
• Assist in BOQ reviews, project scheduling, and estimation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Valid G+4 license from Dubai Municipality (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of civil codes, structural systems, and local authority requirements
• UAE Driving License Mandatory
