Construction Engineer

We are hiring a Construction Engineer / Site Engineer who has following skills and experience:

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings, within budget and time schedules.
• Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team
• Manage the RFI and change order process in the field.
• Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors, and personnel
• Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable HSE policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
• Implement and enforce HSE protocols, lead toolbox talks, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities.
• Oversee contractors and vendors during site preparation, civil works, mechanical and piping installation, structural fabrication, and commissioning support.
• Monitor construction schedules and budgets, and proactively manage deviations or risks.
• Serve as the focal point for construction-related matters on site, representing the project team in meetings with clients, authorities, and third parties.
• Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions
• Build and Manage effective Construction teams
• Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impacts.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and complete documentation of construction activities including progress reports, daily logs, and punch lists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Required)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong initiative and autonomy, with the ability to lead by example
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
