ob Opportunity: Construction & Interiors Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially-minded Estimator to join our team in Lahore. This role is unique as it requires a blend of traditional quantity surveying and modern 3D modeling skills to ensure 100% accuracy in project costings.

Based at our office near Wapda Town, you will handle a diverse portfolio including construction, high-end interiors, and maintenance services across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Quantification: Utilize SketchUp to navigate 3D models, extract exact dimensions, and identify material requirements to prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Comprehensive Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates based on both internal historical data and current "market rates."
• Service & Maintenance Costing: Develop pricing models for routine and emergency maintenance contracts (Civil works, HVAC, electrical, and finishing).
• Financial Projections: Create project cash flow projections and track financing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor actual project expenditures against estimates, providing real-time tracking of budget vs. actuals.

Required Technical Skills

• SketchUp Proficiency: Must be able to independently use SketchUp to pull measurements and material data (Area, Volume, Linear feet) for BOQ preparation.
• Advanced Excel: Ability to create complex formulas for cost-benefit analysis and financial tracking.
• Market Intelligence: Up-to-date knowledge of material and labor rates specifically within the Lahore/Punjab market.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret architectural drawings, MEP plans, and 3D renders.
