Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in the textile industry, specifically in spinning and weaving operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of textile production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare cost estimates and budgets for spinning and weaving projects

· Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

· Analyze material, labor, and overhead expenses

· Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and tender documents

· Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate contracts

· Ensure cost control and financial reporting accuracy

· Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in textile (spinning/weaving) industry

· Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting

· Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software

· Good analytical and negotiation skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with textile production processes

· Familiarity with ERP systems

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
