Estimator (Packaging Industry)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Packaging Estimator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in cost estimation for packaging products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing materials and production processes, and supporting sales and operations teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for various packaging products including cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, and flexible packaging.
• Analyze customer specifications, drawings, and samples to determine material, labor, tooling, and overhead costs.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to validate feasibility and optimize cost efficiency.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and material pricing to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation models.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Support pricing strategies and assist sales teams during customer negotiations.
• Ensure estimates align with production capabilities and quality standards.
• Monitor actual costs vs. estimated costs and report variances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Packaging Estimator or similar role.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
