Construction Foreman

Inotec Facility Management is a facility management company based in Ras Al Khaimah. We provide high-quality cleaning, maintenance, and renovation services with a focus on professionalism and reliability. To support our expanding operations, we are hiring an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and renovation activities.
• Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Review and interpret project drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials usage, and workforce reports.
• Report project progress, requirements, and challenges to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Foreman in construction or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
