Construction Head / Manager : Electrical and Civil

Role: Construction Head/ Manager

Work Location: Saudi (Eastern Region)

Experience: 10 - 18 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the project.
• Ensure all design issues are resolved promptly and ensure compliance with engineering standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) team to ensure smooth handover of equipment and systems.
• Provide timely updates and detailed reports on project status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on substation projects within the oil and gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of substation systems, including GIS, transformers, switchgear, and related electrical equipment.
