Job Description:

K4 Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Helper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a construction-related role and be able to support our projects with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
• Help with the loading and unloading of construction materials and tools.
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Perform basic tasks such as digging, mixing cement, and securing materials.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision.

Requirements:

• Fresher / 1 year of experience as a construction helper or in a similar role.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take on various tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and priorities.
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
