Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled workers on site, support daily operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, and contribute to the smooth progress of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, masons, painters, electricians, and other skilled workers as required
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare work areas and perform basic site setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site
• Support material handling and movement
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, cleaning, and other site duties

Requirements

• Previous experience as a helper/laborer in construction (preferred but not mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and perform manual labor
• Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Basic understanding of safety rules
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking
