Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Assist in the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements as directed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
