Construction Laborer

We are looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves working alongside operators and supervisors to support daily job site operations. Candidates must have some form of construction background, the ability to follow direction, and keep pace on an active site.

Requirements:

• Construction or labor experience (1+ year)
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces
• Strong work ethic and awareness of job site safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site prep, grading, and material handling
• Support equipment operators and crew as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
