• Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision, following all safety protocols
• Support the installation of structures, or other building components as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on site
• Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long durations
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
• Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to learn new skills on the job
• Basic understanding of construction processes and tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is essential
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
