Construction Manager

Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project needs
- Manage and lead construction teams, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and building codes
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budget estimates, and resource plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Implement best practices for construction management and drive continuous improvement

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 10-12 years of experience in the construction industry
