Construction Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project timelines and allocate resources accordingly
• Supervise on-site construction activities and manage workforce
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and technical specifications
• Administer and negotiate contracts with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Address project delays, emergencies, and on-site challenges promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management
• Solid understanding of construction methods, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
