Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate all construction activities on-site from inception to handover.

Review architectural drawings and hospitality-specific design requirements to ensure constructability and compliance with project specifications.

Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets.

Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and interior designers to resolve technical and design challenges.

Ensure adherence to building codes, health & safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, progress reporting, and quality control checks.

Manage contractor performance and evaluate subcontractor work.

Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and hospitality-specific FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment).

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the design vision is executed effectively in hospitality spaces (guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, etc.).

Provide value engineering solutions without compromising quality, functionality, or guest experience.

Lead handover process, ensuring all operational and maintenance requirements are met for hospitality operations.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.

Proven experience (17+ years), with at least 3–5 years in
hospitality projects
(hotels, resorts, luxury residences).

Demonstrated success in delivering high-end projects on time.
