Construction Manager

Job Summary:

Turco Construction is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee a variety of residential construction and renovation projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, extensive experience managing construction sites, and a deep understanding of UAE regulations and standards. This role requires close coordination with architects, design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Monitor site safety and quality control standards.
• Coordinate closely with the architect and design team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Degree must be attested in the UAE ).
• Minimum 8 years of total construction experience , with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE .
• Solid background in residential renovation, especially villa projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, practices, and approval processes.
• Valid Dubai Municipality Engineer Certificate is a strong advantage.
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
