MEP Construction manager - Kizad Factory

Job location : Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose:

The MEP Construction Manager will lead and oversee all site construction activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for the KIZAD project. The role requires strong site management, coordination, and leadership skills to ensure that construction is executed in line with design specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day MEP site construction activities.
• Supervise and lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Review IFC drawings, project specifications, and method statements for site execution.
• Ensure timely execution of MEP works in alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with civil and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with client/consultant requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies, standards, and site safety practices.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in UAE .
• Experience in managing large industrial, warehouse, and factory construction projects (preferably in KIZAD or Free Zone projects).
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems.
