Job Title: Senior Project & Construction Manager (MEP, QA/QC, HSE & Business

Development)

Project & Construction Management

 Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and design through execution,

commissioning, and handover.

 Lead and supervise main contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely

delivery, cost control, and as per Authority compliance.

 Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders for streamlined

technical, decision-making and problem resolution.

 Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contract documents, safety standards,

quality benchmarks, and industry best practices.

 Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and project milestones, prepare weekly and monthly

reports to the top management.

 Coordinates and monitors project timeline schedules, verify tax invoices, Interim

Payment certificates and submittals.

Project and Construction Management:

Project and Construction Management encompasses a range of roles and responsibilities

essential for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. This includes

oversight of all phases from project inception to completion, and the management of

resources, timelines, and budgets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling:

 Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, deliverables, and

timelines.

 Create detailed schedules using project management software to ensure timely

completion and to track progress.

2. Resource Management:

 Identify and allocate necessary resources, including manpower, materials, and

equipment.

 Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the right resources at the right

times.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control:

 Prepare detailed budgets based on project scope and specifications.

 Monitor expenditures and implement cost control measures to keep the project within

budget.

4. Risk Management:

 Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and obstacles.

 Develop mitigation strategies to address risks proactively and maintain project

integrity.

5. Quality Assurance:

 Establish quality control procedures to ensure that construction meets the required

standards and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and assessments.

6. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

 Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients,

architects, and regulatory bodies.

 Facilitate regular meetings to provide updates on project status and address any

concerns that arise.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

 Ensure all aspects of the project adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and

standards.

 Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

8. Final Project Review and Handover:

 Conduct final inspections and assessments upon project completion.

 Oversee the handover process to the client, ensuring all documentation is provided

and that the project meets all expectations.

Scope of Work:

The scope of work for Project and Construction Management includes the comprehensive

oversight of the entire lifecycle of the construction project. This starts from the initial concept

and design stage through to the final delivery and handover of the project. It encompasses:

 Project feasibility studies

 Detailed design coordination
