Senior Construction Manager

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for:

Supporting the construction lead in translating the client vision into a clear, deliverable onsite plan.
Guiding and coordinating the wider delivery team, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
Providing technical expertise and leadership to delivery teams, promoting health and safety rules and regulations
Ensuring project operations meet budgetary, ethical, and compliance standards across all phases.
Contributing to long-term strategy development for the business unit, supporting sustainable growth.
Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders to influence project outcomes and maintain trust.
Fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture that prioritises well-being and knowledge sharing.
Being a champion of safety and compliance, applying local HSE regulations and Mace’s HSW framework throughout delivery.

You'll need to have:

Professional membership (e.g. MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
Strong construction management experience with a track record of delivering consultancy-led projects with particular strength in the final stages of a construction project.
Proven ability to lead project components within large, multidisciplinary teams and build stakeholder relationships.
Awareness of sustainability and carbon impacts on construction delivery, with developing commercial and financial acumen.
