Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a Construction Manager - Infrastructure to oversee infrastructure construction projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities. This role is ideal for a dynamic Egyptian engineer with 3–5 years of proven site and construction experience in the UAE or GCC.

Supervise site execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site for infrastructure projects.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Ensure construction work adheres to drawings, specifications, quality, and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and local authorities.
• Identify and resolve construction issues to avoid project delays.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and inspection documentation.
• Assist in material approvals, procurement tracking, and site logistics.
• Conduct site meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Certifications (Preferred):

• HSE Training (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or local safety certifications).
• UAE Municipality registration (optional but advantageous).

Other Requirements:

• Egyptian national with work experience in UAE or GCC preferred.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license (an advantage).
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to be based on-site and travel as required.
