Hiring: Construction Manager – EPC Retrofit (Oil & Gas Projects)

📍 Location: Das Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE

🏗 Industry: Leading EPC Contractor – Oil & Gas Sector

🕒 Rotation: 5 Months On / 1 Month Off

⚡ Availability: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Requirements:

Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC Construction Projects (Oil & Gas sector).
Proven track record in Retrofit / Brownfield / Shutdown projects .
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: 20k - 25k AED +FAT

🕓 Rotation: 5 Months On / 1 Month Off (Paid Leave Rotation).

📄 Contract: Long-term project assignment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead a complex EPC Retrofit Project involving multidisciplinary Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works for a major Oil & Gas client on Das Island . The role requires strong execution capability, leadership, and hands-on experience managing retrofit and brownfield construction in live operating facilities.
