About the Role:

Premier Class Building Contracting LLC is looking for a highly qualified Construction Manager to oversee our building projects, ensuring that they are finished on time, within budget, and to our company's quality standards. The Construction Manager will be in charge of coordinating resources, leading teams, and executing effective construction procedures. This function is critical to upholding our commitment to excellence on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure projects stay on schedule and adhere to quality standards.

· Team Management: Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative environment.

· Budget Control: Track project budgets, handle cost estimates, and make adjustments as necessary to prevent cost overruns.

· Schedule Management: Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and timelines are adjusted when needed.

· Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control by monitoring work, inspecting materials, and conducting site assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

· Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standards on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Client Communication: Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

· Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges, including unexpected issues on-site, to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum 8 years experience as a Construction Manager in the building contracting or construction industry.

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.

· Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
