Construction Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure workmanship quality.
• Identify potential issues or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Lead weekly site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
