Project Coordination & Supervision:
- Oversee and manage all on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Track material deliveries and equipment usage to avoid delays.
- Identify potential issues early and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective measures as needed to maintain high-quality output.
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.

Bachelor degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
8 to 10 years experience
