About the Role

A well-established residential developer is seeking a Construction Manager due to continued growth across the Dallas market.

The business delivers large-scale single-family and multi-unit housing developments and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. This role will focus on overseeing multiple active sites and ensuring programme, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential developments from groundworks through final handover
• Manage Site Managers and field teams across active communities
• Monitor build programmes, quality standards, and health and safety compliance
• Control budgets and drive cost efficiency across developments
• Coordinate with commercial, technical, and land teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

• Experience working for a residential developer or national housebuilder
• Strong background delivering volume housing or multi-phase residential schemes
• Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong programme management and subcontractor coordination skills
• Good commercial awareness and cost control capability
• Senior Site Managers ready to step up will be considered
