Architect Fit-out Engineer

Minimum [3] years of experience in interior fit-out contracting in the UAE.
Proven track record in delivering high-end Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise projects.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel for reporting/BOQs, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project planning software (MS Project/Primavera) is a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.

• Supervise daily site activities for high-rise, commercial, and residential fit-out projects to ensure works are executed according to the project schedule.
• Manage site logistics and coordination between civil, MEP, and joinery subcontractors to avoid clashes and delays.
• Directly monitor the installation of finishes (flooring, ceiling, partitions, cladding, joinery) to ensure high-quality workmanship.
