Urgent Hiring – Construction Manager (Civil) | UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Construction Manager to join our team.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Joining: Short Notice / Immediate Preferred
Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years in Civil Construction

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of proven experience in civil construction
• Strong experience in villa projects and high-rise building construction
• Expertise in project planning, execution, and site management
• Extensive expertise in structural and finishing works
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Excellent knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling experience
• UAE experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage full project lifecycle from start to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and compliance
• Resolve technical and operational issues effectively
• Lead and manage site teams to achieve project goals
