Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
• Supervise site operations, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for senior management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
