Construction Manager

IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and control site construction activities for our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of professional experience in roads and highways construction projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, managing site execution on large-scale infrastructure works.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and site management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and multiple work fronts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of road and bridge construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and resource requirements to ensure informed decision-making.
• Implement safety protocols and quality control measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and compliance with industry standards.
